A personal dashboard for a car-backed lending service. Clients manage loans, payments, and new applications — all without visiting the office.
The client ran a car-backed lending business where every interaction — from checking a balance to signing a new contract — required an in-person visit. As the client base grew, this became a bottleneck for both borrowers and the operations team. The goal was to build a self-service portal that would let clients manage their loans entirely online.
We built a full-featured personal dashboard integrated with the client's existing ERP system and third-party services. Borrowers can now view loan details, make payments, set up autopay, apply for new loans, and sign documents digitally — all from a single interface. The platform also connects with Oktell for telephony and Sumsub for identity verification, keeping the entire workflow seamless.
The dashboard gives borrowers a clear overview of their active loans — current balance, next payment date, payment schedule, and full transaction history. Clients can make one-time payments or set up autopay directly from this screen.

Pre-approved borrowers can apply for a new loan through a step-by-step wizard without leaving the platform. The flow guides them through amount selection, document upload, identity verification via Sumsub, and digital contract signing.

The bonus program and news feed keep borrowers engaged. Clients earn rewards for timely payments and can track their bonus balance. The news section surfaces relevant updates from the company.
