Our story
From a small development studio to multiple focused directions — backed by 13 years of real engineering experience.

Founder-led AI product direction
After years of engineering work, staff augmentation, and leading larger teams, we wanted to return to what we love most: building real products ourselves, hands-on.
So we created a separate product studio direction — the one presented on this site.

Staff augmentation at scale
As the company grew, staff augmentation became our main focus.
Our engineers worked inside larger product and engineering teams, helping companies extend their development capacity and contribute to complex systems used by real users at scale.
This period gave us a deeper understanding of enterprise workflows, distributed teams, production codebases, infrastructure, legacy systems, and long-term product development.
We learned how large software systems are built from the inside — and how much process, handoffs, and overhead can slow delivery down.

Going global & complex web products
We entered the international market, earned Top Rated status on Upwork, and started working with clients across Europe and the United States.
Our projects became more complex and product-focused: dashboards, internal tools, marketplaces, CRM/ERP systems, analytics platforms, booking flows, and custom business applications across different industries.
This period shaped the way we approach product work today: understand the business logic, define the core workflow, cut unnecessary scope, and build software people can actually use.

Leveling up
We grew from a small local studio into a stronger engineering team.
We moved to a bigger office, hired and trained developers, improved our process, and shifted from simple PHP websites to more complex Python, Django, and JavaScript-based systems.
This was the stage where we started moving from website development toward real product engineering.

Where it started
idPowers started as a small development studio building websites for local businesses.
We created corporate websites, landing pages, online stores, and small web systems using PHP and jQuery.
Those early projects taught us the basics that still matter today: understand the business, communicate directly, keep the process simple, and ship working software.
